About me
I am an attorney and Doctor of Legal Sciences with extensive professional experience. I specialize in intellectual property law, new technologies, personal data protection, civil law, and commercial law.
I completed my Master's studies at the University of Wrocław in the fields of law and administration. In 2016, I obtained a Doctor of Legal Sciences degree from the University of Wrocław, where my doctoral dissertation, titled "Securing Evidence in Civil Proceedings in Cases of Copyright Infringement", was awarded by the Minister of Science and Higher Education in the 15th edition of the competition organized by the Polish Patent Office for the best scientific work on intellectual property. Based on my doctoral dissertation, a monograph with the same title was also published.
Since 2014, I have been running my own law firm, offering comprehensive legal services for entrepreneurs, specializing in intellectual property law, including trademark registration and protection, copyrights, licenses, as well as drafting and analyzing civil and commercial contracts. I assist my clients in protecting their innovations and intellectual resources, offering consultancy services related to the creation and licensing of software, particularly in the gaming and new technology industries.
Additionally, since 2016, I have been an assistant professor at the Academy of Applied Sciences in Leszno, where I teach courses in law. I am also a lecturer at WSB Merito University in Wrocław. I have published numerous articles in the field of intellectual property law and have been a speaker at many conferences. My research focuses on contemporary challenges related to copyright protection, new technologies and the development of artificial intelligence.
In my professional work, I adhere to the principles of ethics and reliability, providing an individualized approach to each client. My goal is not only to solve current legal issues but also to support the growth of businesses in the face of challenges posed by new technologies and the global market. I aim to ensure comprehensive protection of my clients' legal interests and assist in making business decisions that will have a long-term positive impact on their operations.
Privately, I am passionate about computer games (particularly single-player ones), technology and hardware. These passions allow me to connect the world of law with the dynamically evolving technological industries,
